A sneak peak into the Gingerbread Angel's painting studio!!!

Meet Debbie Fleck... (a.k.a. the Gingerbread Angel!!!). For over 25 years, Debbie has been bringing to life Christmas trees around the globe. She spends a great deal of time planning and creating the different ornament designs that she comes out with each year. She hand traces each ornament shape and takes them through the entire process from start to finish - from sanding, to staining, to painting, to finishing. Debbie's mother Phyllis is a big help with the various steps involved in the making of the ornaments.

Each one of her ornaments is hand painted at the table that you see in the photographs. Her studio is very eclectic, with pictures drawn by her grandchildren and children hung about, along with other inspirational images, quotes, photographs and memories she's gathered throughout the years. Debbie's painting room is a favorite spot for friends and family, especially her grandchildren and their friends, to share a cup of tea with her and visit while she creates some Christmas magic!
